    Jerald Yaden,

    Dr. Yaden has been in practice for over thirty-five years. With training in Functional Neurology and Functional Medicine, his goal is to help his patients have a long, active life as pain-free as is possible. As the director of the clinic, his mission is to help as many people as possible. He believes that every patient should be treated as if they were family. There is an answer to the problem and it is our job to find it!

  • Dwayne V. Ford
    MSN-FNP-C

    Dwayne V. Ford has 25 years of nursing experience in which he served as a Director of Nursing for a long-term care facility. Over the last 12 years, Dwayne has supervised in long-term care, as well as, working as an operating room nurse in multiple specialties including orthopedics, neurology, urology, and as a trauma nurse. In addition to Yaden Physical and Integrated Medical, he currently works as a Nurse Practitioner throughout Berkeley and Dorchester counties.

    Dwayne is originally from and currently abiding in Berkeley county with his wife Joy and their wonderful children. His career in health care began while working as a part of the Air Force Reserves in which he worked as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician. Concurrently, he attended Trident Technical College and earned an associate degree in science and practical nursing.

    Dwayne later attended Charleston Southern University in which he earned a bachelor’s degree in business. With a thirst for more from healthcare, he returned to school at Chamberlain College of Nursing to earn his second bachelor’s degree and there he continued in order to achieve his master’s degree in their Family Nurse Practitioner program.

    While serving in the Air Force Reserves, Dwayne was deployed for Desert Storm in which the mission was to evacuate sick and injured military members from Iraq and return them to a safe environment.

    Today, Dwayne enjoys spending time with his wife, 4 children, and their dogs. He likes traveling, fishing (when time allows), and watching sports.
